Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spray Painter to prepare, finish, and perfect cabinet surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience working with spray booths and various finishes to achieve flawless results.
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spray Painter to prepare, finish, and perfect cabinet surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience working with spray booths and various finishes to achieve flawless results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed.
- Operate spray painting equipment, including spray guns and booths, to apply finishes such as paints, stains, and lacquers.
- Mix and match colors to meet design specifications.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
- Inspect finished pieces for imperfections and touch up as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in cabinetry or woodworking.
- Proficiency with spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Knowledge of different paint types, including stains, lacquers, and enamels.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
